I am 32/F feels numbness in both palm at every morning when I get up. It occurs on feet also if I sit long time with acrossed leg. It seems the blood supply stopped & when i moves slowly it become normal. I hv joint pain problem also in back shoulder and right knee.

Four days journey and reached from Shirdi from yester day onwards black stools (tarr colour) with loose motion)

Currently I am taking Sharangdhar's Shavidha tablets and applying same oil as well twice a week. It is giving slow but steady results I have immense heat in my body. But suffering from hair loss a lot since a month. Kindly recommend anything else that can be done Thanks in advance

Hi, my mother is suffering from waist pain for last 3 months and we have done all tests recently (I have attached the MRI reports). The doctor said surgery is the only one solution. But as she is 66 yrs old and due to the risk of spinal surgery, we are looking for other options such as Ayurveda. Please suggest if this can be cured by Ayurveda. Please guide.
