I'm 17 years old.And my height is 5' 2 inches. From my father's side everyone is short so it is a genetical problem.But I would like to know if there is any solution to it.

Hello Doctor. My cousin is affected by Bell's Poysy. She undertaken Siddha treatment for 3 years. We noticed minor improvements at initial stage. Since she was staying away from Parents and staying in hostel due to her higher studies, she couldn't follow the proper diets required for that siddha treatment. Now she is under Ayurveda medication from past 2 months. Please Provide us with your valuable suggestions and opinion regarding this. Whether it'll be more effective in Siddha and Ayurveda. How long will it take for her to completely get rid out of this problem. Please refer to the attached image, this is the Ayurveda medicine she is currently taking.
