I have benign tumor in neck and non painful and same has been confirmed from ultrasound and mri with contrast tests my ayurvedic doctor gave following medicines, i search on Internet and found none of them is for curing benign tumors. can any ayurvedic doc here confirm if below medicine are to heal benign tumor and i need to change my current doctor. here are they amruthotharam kashayam, dasanga churna, shilajit capsule and septilin tablets. thanks in advance

Hi i am 29 yrs old female...n I wanted to ask if its safe to apply olive oil , almond oil , coconut oil etc on navel ( nabbhi ) for better fertility???if yes then how and when should we apply .

I have lipoma at various parts of body. I have showed it to multiple doctors and they have said that there is nothing to worry but its growing a bit and cropping up at new places gradually. Is there a solution in ayurveda or otger discipline of "ayush". Thank you.

Hi, for about last one year I am having lack of appetite. Even though I try to maintain my food quantity I am not gaining weight. I joined a gym but it didn't help. Also suffer from low stamina and power. History: *One year ago for about a few months I was addicted to weeds (not regular). *After leaving, weight decreased from 63 kg to 58 kg.
