Weight lost 9 kg in 2 months ayurvedic doctor says it's IBS I am very concerned should I go for proper treatment allopathic and endoscopy

I am planning to take Liv 52 from Dabur since my LFT readings were on the higher side. I was planning to go with a dosage of 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, but noticed an advice to keep a gap of 3 hours with allopathic medicines and have a 30mts interval after food. I am taking medicines for Ulcerative Colitis and BP in the morning and it will be tough to have 3 Hrs interval and 30 mts food gap for Liv 52. Hence I am planning to take two Liv 52 Tablets 30 minutes after dinner. Please advise if this is fine

A well defined rounded lesion is noted on upper part of neck on left side.The lesion is noted behind sub-mandibular gland and appears iso intense on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI showing heterogeneous enhancement after IV contrast injection. The lesion is situated just posterior to bifurcation of carotid artery and measures - 3.5cmx3.0cmx4.6cm in size. The nasopharynx,oropharynx,larynogopharynx regions appears normal with no evidence of mass lesion identified. The parapharynagal fat planes appears preserved. Intermascular fat planes appears normal. Thyroid,paratoid & Submandilur glands appears normal.Carotid vessels normal, no evidence of significant lymph nodes. No evidence of significant interverbral disc herniations or cord compression identified in the visualized cervical spines. No evidence of bony erosion seen, atlanto axial articulation appears normal . No feature to suggest basilar invagination or chiary malformation seen. From day before yesterday there lot of pain in my throat. It's really hard for me to eat. Please suggest me how to overcome from this. Home treatment:- 1. Drink only hot water and soups. 2. Stop eating the vegetables which contains curry.

I seem to get headache on left side of head starting at the eyebrow area when i eat food not prepared at home. After a while this is followed by vomiting even when i have water, and there is uneasiness till anything eaten/water taken is vomited. It does not happen all the time but any spicy preparation increases chances of this happening. Felt this last week and consulting doctor at work said this is gastroenteritis. after that, any slightly spicy food causes burning sensation in the stomach. Also, i have disturbed sleep because i attend to my 2.5 year baby. This combined with my office schedule, i tend to feel headache and tiredness in my head/shoulder are sometimes. Please suggest an ayurvedic treatment/process for my concerns.
