I am suffering from freidrich ataxia.is there any treatment for freidrich ataxia. Day by day i am getting weaker.i did not able to stand without any support,weakness on the left side of body,h,difficulty in balance,...etc,now i am 21 year old .i am suffering from fridrich ataxia.when i am 13 year old my mother saw that my back getting curve .a doctor told that it is scoliosis .i went to delhi,AIIMS  for check up their docctors said that it is a genetic disorder .they said this is fridrich ataxia. but at that time i can able to walk but as the time passes i feel dificulty on walking.but now i cant even stand without any support .i search on internet ,ayurveda can cure fridriech ataxia .please help me sir.

While sitting Pain in Bottom Can I sit Long Time Burning Will Be Incresed IF I Stand or Running or Sleeping No Pain...IF I Go Toilet No Pain And No Blood...But I Have Little Bit Constipation...No Blood And No Pus In Toilet...What is My Problem I Dont Some Are Saying it Wiil Be Piles Some Are saying Fissures Some Are saying Fistula..Please Help Me

In last 1 week I have seen twice blood being passed with stool. Quantity of blood is also not small. It doesn't pain while passing stool. There is soreness around the anus after passing stool for a few minutes. The soreness doesn't allow me to sit comfortably for like 5-10 mins. I don't know what it is and what course of treatment should I take for this. Please help.

I feels fatigued and sometimes lightheaded accompanied with blurrish vision during workout and daily walk. My vision is completely fine with some dryness in my eyes. My hemoglobin is 17.4 and my Vitamin b12 is 144. I am regularly taking nurokind od & calcirol (once in 3 days) but can't see any significant improvement. Thyroid test is also normal. Please advise me on this. I prefer some ayurvedic n home remedies.
