I have a gastric and felt dizzy and i felt like I will fall down usually I don't have burning of stomach but most of time I felt dizzy

Exactly i am unable to diagnose your condition. Kindly explain with full history. Any medicine you are taking right niw?? Mean while Take Amyron Syrup 3tsp TID
