I am suffered from gasterics problems lost 5 yrs. i have taken english medicine. Also taken High Pressure Tablet. Now days more suffered gastric, stomach upset, always stomach not free, tired also. Then knee pain also. ​Pl give good advice.

I am suffering from freidrich ataxia.is there any treatment for freidrich ataxia. Day by day i am getting weaker.i did not able to stand without any support,weakness on the left side of body,h,difficulty in balance,...etc,now i am 21 year old .i am suffering from fridrich ataxia.when i am 13 year old my mother saw that my back getting curve .a doctor told that it is scoliosis .i went to delhi,AIIMS  for check up their docctors said that it is a genetic disorder .they said this is fridrich ataxia. but at that time i can able to walk but as the time passes i feel dificulty on walking.but now i cant even stand without any support .i search on internet ,ayurveda can cure fridriech ataxia .please help me sir.
