  4. Carpel tunnel syndrome. Remedy for it?

Carpel tunnel syndrome
I have been suffering from carpel tunnel syndrome , which has incread since couple of weeks in both my hands. Extreme pain and tingling and numbness in both hands. More in right hand. Unable to hold anything for long or apply pressure with my hands. Is there any ayurvedic remedy for it? Please advise.

Till then Start Ashwagandha churna 1tsf twice a day after meals with lukeworm water.
