Have gained a lot of weight in recent years. My body (especially feet and hands) sometimes looks and feels all swelled up.

Any permanent cure through using homeopathic medicine as I want to quiet allopathic. I using allopathic from last three years

I had taken finasteride 1mg for a year until 4 months ago. After stopping it I started losing hair, now I completely lost the hair I regrew and even have hairfall. Can ayurveda arrest my hairfall and regrow my lost hair? Will my hairfall return again after ayurvedic treatment? In how many months can I get back my hair?

Roughly once in 3 months i get the strong pain in my rectum and untill i lay down on bed or floor, it does not go off. I have not undergone any treatment  for this. Normally no major issues...since 2 days, i have got itching near my anus. Please suggest me medicine.

I have been suffering from gass and dyhrria and vomiting also since 12, years sometimes it seems normal and stms worse I had done indoscopy x rays vedios but no any case found ..esp I have to face difficulty while going out.I afraid of sth unusual may happen like vomiting or dhyrria on they way..its disgusting to have such problems among people ..so I have to stay at home ..my age is 32 wait 72 kg m 5;7" tall ..
