I have a small tattoo in my arm for which i was undergoing laser tattoo removal but the tattoo is not going properly. Is there any Ayurvedic treatment for this.

I am a Male/ 30 yrs old. I am a CLUSTER HEADACHE SUFFERER (Since April 2012). I am an Episodic. I've been on every preventive medication (Verapamil, Topomax), painkillers (Triptans), Oxygen therapy for the last 5 yrs. They all helped. But these headaches have stolen my life from me. I've had every possible side-effect these medications can bring on to a human body. Now, I'd like to know. If there is any treatment available for my condition in Ayurveda (Cluster Headache). With all due respect. Most Doctors and Neurologists don't understand what a Cluster Headache is....?? It's definitely not MIGRAINE.

Please suggest ayurvedic medicine for hypertension . I currently take telma 20 from last 3 years.. ..

Can shankhpuspi be taken from age of 23-24 is it affective for good memory and concentration power at this age and late also??? If then which form shankhpuspi is avaliable in market?? Name of brand?? How to controll tremor in hand use ayurved medicine.tremor is 20yrs old.I use allopathic drug and I found no result.so pls any ayurved med can controll it.

I have undergone holep surgery of prostate gland on14/3/2016.Now I am feeling squeezing of bladder 2hourly and stomach pain. Pain spreads to chest, neck and back. There is no infection.bladder scanning is normal. Frequency, intermittent flow and feeble flow.
