As i have masturbated yesterday.I am having little but of pain in my genital area near groin.the area at the corner of scrotum.i am having little bit pain.Not continous.

I have been suffering from carpel tunnel syndrome , which has incread since couple of weeks in both my hands. Extreme pain and tingling and numbness in both hands. More in right hand. Unable to hold anything for long or apply pressure with my hands. Is there any ayurvedic remedy for it? Please advise.

I have few symptoms of cervical spondylosis but unless I visit a doctor I can't say what it is. I play badminton which makes the pain little worse but in half hour or so it goes. I also feel pain in shin bones which might be because of weight(103 kg) which is way to high than should be. But even when I was leaner (75kg) I had these issues. So it seems weight is not the only reason. I am not on any medication apart from OTC medicines like Medohar Guggulu, Ayurslim and Nutrilite Daily. I don't have any known medical conditions other than bone health issues (and weight of course ;) ). I am looking for advice for improving my bone health. Please advise. How safe is Yogaraj Guggulu and Mahayograj Guggulu to be taken as OTC medicine. Regards, Mayank

Where would i will get gokhru capsule.As doctor have suggested me to take.How can i identify the capsule as it is in which colour?
