I have severe pain in the back of my neck that runs through the shoulder and forearm. Also have problem of lumbar pain. I some times can't even turn the neck sideways or upwards. Can this be cured. Thanks for your help.

I am having postratis infection and the antibiotics given for me are really very strong which makes me feel daizy. Currently I am having pain in my lower abdominal from last 5 days. Can I switch to Ayurvedic treatment now itself or wait for current medicine to show the results. And due to this problem I am having pain all over my stomach and lower and upper back. Please tell me the correct path to follow.

Doctor prescribed 250mg of Praval Panchamrita twice daily. But I can only find it in powder format, 5g packets from Patanjali. How much powder should I consume in place of the tablets?
