Please suggest some fairness cream or medicine my sister is obsessed though she is quite OK. Indian complexion

Hi! In past two years, I've gained quite a lot of weight but unable to lose the fat now.  I wanted to know if Ayurveda has any solution for weight and fat loss without side effects?

Since last 5 days, having body ache and head ache, feeling very tired, sour mouth, number of motions more and thinner.

Sir , I am taking aryveda powder , but it's hard to swallow , and it take very time consuming when I fill in capsules , can u advice how can i take it aryveda herb Thanks

I find blood in stool now a days. Initially i was finding it less amount of blood but from 2-3 days the quanity has increased. Currently no impacts on health but tiredness comes rarely apart from that i find no changes in my body

I have red marks on face so i consult doctor. Doctor told that it is due to sunburn and he gave the lotion CALAPURE - A. I should ise same medicine or i need to change the lotion. Please let me know..

L am 25 year old male.There is pain and stiffness in kneejoint,elbowjoint,fingers,wrist from last 5 years and in morning there is very much pain in fingers of hands.There is also very much crackling noise coming from all joints during movement and while exercising.There is also pain in back side of heel of both legs.There is no swelling in either joint. My vitamin d3 level is 13nmol/L blood calcium is 10mg/dl and my testosterone is 350ng/dl and Anti CCP is <O.50 U/ml and RA factor and uric acid is also normal.l have taken vitamin d  sachets once a week many times but when I start these sachets kidney stone formation takes place.l think it is some kind of arthritis.please help regarding this.
