Colour of ashwagandha.
I bought ashwagandha last year and used it, the colour was black and in capsule form ( 500 mg capsule)
Now I bought new one from different company, it's colour is brown ,
So which one is the exact color of ashwagandha?
Can I use ashwagandha powder ?
