Tooth and Mouth Problems

My 4 yr old son has a sore in his mouth. Like an ulcer. Kindly guide on what to do, if there is medicine that can be applied..

I have been told that I have tooth fracture on #46 and dentist told me to extract it. He couldn't see it on x-ray or cbct scan. He was guessing that could be the reason for my lower jaw pain and neck pain. I went to the Endodontist and he evaluated. No fracture found. Told me to do RCT as I have bite and cold sensitivity on that tooth. I went to Endo and had a root canal last month. It's been 45 days and I didn't do crown yet. Still the same symptoms. Dentist still feel that tooth root fracture might be the reason for my lower jaw pain exactly under ear and side of the neck pain. I went to tmj specialist and he said it's like jaw joint issues and muscle tightness. I got a cbct scan for tmj and got report for that. Does this indicate any tooth fracture? Can I get crown on it or extraction required? Please help.

How to treat receding gum problems and yellowness near the gums on the teeth specially the incisors and premolars

Hi, I have gaps between teeth on the upper teethline. What is the best solution to reducing it and if I plan on using braces then how long will I have to wear them. Also,I have an extra teeth in the lower teethline,what should be done for that?

A corner of tounge flared out 1-2 times in a month and last for 3-4 days. It just felt as tounge cut by teeth. For this period i suffer speak & swallow something. The problem persists for last 4-5 years. Is it indication of vitamin & mineral deficiency or something else. What is permanent solution.
