What is the advantages of modern self liagting bracing ,I Heard it doesn't require tooth extraction is that true? Compared to older generation tooth bracing,how good is this? please explain

The best advantage of self ligating brackets are that they are very clean. You do not have tiny elastics around each tooth so they dont turn yellow and cleaning is more efficient.
Extraction depends on the level of malocclusion. Creating space is required if crowding is too much. Even if you use self lighting brackets, youmay require extraction.

Self ligating braces are better as it shortens the treatment time, and the number of appointments along with the appointment time gets lesser. Since they don't have extra elastics around each bracket, they are comparatively neater and easier to clean than conventional brackets.
As far as the extraction is concerned, it does make possible for some cases to be proceeded without extraction, but not all. That depends on the case.

Hello.
Self ligating braces are advanced.in Some cases extraction can b turned non extraction cases .compare to traditional .faster and continuous forces n faster movement result in lessens the duration of the treatment. Appointment numbers reduced.
Overall .But it not for every case.need clinic examination.

SLB braces are a newer generation of braces which have very less friction between the brackets and wire, so in other words,they have faster movement.
Regarding tooth extraction, it's not true for all cases, certain kind of crowding and proclination cases, can be made in to non extraction Cases.
