Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am having slight caries in my 45 and 35 teeth. I do not have any pain. I had slight sensation 3 months back only once that is when I got my xray done. My sister in law who is studying BDS confirmed that I have caries. I do not want to get it filled it now as I have not felt slightest of discomfort since the past three months. I want to know if a tooth mousse, fluoride gel/toothpaste or hydroxyapatite based toothpaste can help in the remineralisation process.

Hello doctors, I had my upper molar tooth (6th number from front) extraction on 5th september, 2020. Then on 8th September I got socket , my dentist started ZOE dressing for that and it gave me relief and I had my last dressing session on 19th and after that I was completely fine. On yesterday I noticed a gauze like thing is there which wants to come out and today I visited my dentist's chamber, he checked it thoroughly and then asked me to do a xray and the xray report there was no gauze found. Then he checked twice with lots of surgical tools and all after giving me a local anesthesia, I bleeded a lot on that time and then he stitched that area. He told me to come after one week to cut the stitch. So my question is can the dry socket come again after the stitch thing happen and how long this pain will be there ? Please response soon.

Is dolo tablet good for gum pain? I usually have this gum / tooth pain. Is that dolo tablet good? Please help

I have a black spot in  upper chewing teeth . It's started after lockdown . I m doing brush two times and using mouth wash after eating food. I am not able understood  that it's growing or not but still I have a black spot in right chewing teeth.The black spot is in round shape . Is it cavity or what ? In this pandemic, dental dr will not see this problem? I don't know what to do ?
