Tooth and Mouth Problems
Gap between front tooth
I had my front tooth projecting out. This happened slowly over the years.Initially there was no gap between them but now there is a small gap between the front teeth. The projection of upper teeth is not that severe to notice but it will be soon.I visited some doctors they said gap is only due to the pushing of teeth.I dont like traditional braces since they need tooth extraction,my teeth is still almost perfectly aligned the only problem is that the little projection in the front raw of teeth and that small gap because of it.I really dont want to loose my teeth for this small projection and small gap.Is there any other kind of braces that can fix this without any teeth extraction?I read in an article that damon braces do not need teeth extraction. Is that true? Can I opt for that to fix my problem?I am asking this because I don't want to do any cosmetic treatment only to fill gaps I need a solution for projection of teeth. So i am asking for an advice in this matter to choose the right one

Can we remove stitches after WT work
I had removed my upper right wisdom tooth in July. No stitches done. It was healing good. On August, I noticed some hard bumps on that gum. Went back to OMFS in Aug, and he said it will absorb on it's own. If not, told me to come back in 2 weeks. I waited till last week. Went back on oct 12 and he shaved it down those bone fragments with anesthesia shots. He shaved it down so aggressively. I had 2 of those bumps. He put stitches too. He said it's dissolvable stitches. He said it will dissolve in one week, but it doesn't. It was giving some sharp pinch like pain in that area. I had a core build and temporary crown procedure on lower molar from my dentist on Wednesday. When I was at my dentist office, he said he will remove those stitches and I don't need to go back to OMFS.he said it's dissolvable, may dissolve in few weeks. If it bothers you, I will remove those. And he took off those stiches as I had sharp pinch like feel.Is it ok to take off the stitches after 10 days? Will area heal?

Temporary crown
I had temporary crown placed on #46 today. I still feel that area numb. I am having lower jaw and neck pain since may. The dentist suspect a tooth fracture that could be the reason for my pain and told me to do extract. But the endo couldn't spot any fracture and did root canal as I had some cold and bite sensitivity on that tooth. I had root canal 7 weeks back. I got the temporary crown today. They told me to come back after 3 weeks for permanent crown. They said I have to be careful with the temporary crown and it might fall off If I chew on it. Do I need to avoid eating and brushing that side? Can we brush normally on that tooth? I still have the same symptoms of jaw and neck pain. My dentist said if it doesn't improve after the permanent crown, he said I should try extraction.
When can I start eating food today after this temp crown. I still feel numb and it's been 2 hours. Can I avoid eating on that side till I get permanent crown? Can we brush normally?will it fall off?

Pure White spot on tooth. On the sides.
I never seen these white patches or spot in any of my tooth. I have been flossing regularly before. I have been dealing with right lower jaw and neck pain since may and I am not flossing at all since may.
I am brushing once a day. I extracted upper right wisdom tooth, did one root canal on lower right first molar. Just had temporary crown today. I am not using that side to eat since I have jaw pain. I noticed some white spot or patches in my teeth recently. It's been there for a month and not going away with brushing. I see that spot only on tooth next to wisdom tooth removal and tooth next to the root canaled tooth. So, I have white patches on second upper molar and lower premolar. It's pure white in color and it's on edges /sides of the tooth. Not able to scrub it while brushing. How to remove these? What to do for this? I never had like this before. Seeing this after my dental work done and am not using that side at all to chew food. And not brushing so heavily on that side.

Need advice
Will the temporary crown fall off? Or what if we swallow by accident with food? Is temporary crown is a small top portion on the tooth or the complete tooth itself is temp crown?
I had a root canal on lower first molar #46 7 weeks back. i went back to dentist today to get core buildup, temporary crown. They put a temporary crown on it and said it might fall off. Asked me to come back to them if it falls off, they will put it back.staff just kept the temp crown and she told me to bite on cotton. Didn't fix it hard or cement it.i see tooth color is different now. I don't know the cusp part which I am seeing above the gum is all the temporary crown or it has any portion of my tooth too? permanent crown is after 3 weeks. does brushing makes temp crown fall off? how to know which part is temp crown? I see that tooth color is different now. I don't know which part of cusp is temp crown. whole cusp which we see above gum is temporary crown or it has original tooth?what if swallow by accident?
