Hi If it is extreme tooth ache due to cavity then medicines and saltwater are just temporary solutions for pain. Your tooth might need a rootcanal treatment or extraction. Please visit a dentist and undergo the necessary treatment. Temporarily take ketorol DT to relieve pain until you visit the dentist.
