Mam u need to mention in detail which tooth .... anterior or posterior teeth?
If teeth r decayed pls prepare ur child mentally for visit in a more inspiring way...consult dentist n get the teeth rectify.....or it may end up into root canal treatment
Sorry can't prescribe meds without thorough check up in such small age
