  4. Molar issue. Or ointment would work?

Upper right side of my jaw side, I see that the last teeth is slanted as I noticed recently because I had pain and gum was bit swollen and due to that from past 2 days I have Right Headache and pain while having food. So please help me understand I need to visit doctor or any home remedy to solve the issue If there is molar issue do they suggest removing of teeth or some injection or ointment would work?

This is a probable case if pericoronitis which need treatment asap.kindly consult with dentist and take medication.
