Toothbrush injury care
Hi, I injured the back of my gum (circled area) while brushing my teeth 3 days ago. I think I may have accidentally brushed too aggressively and injured it. I have been brushing the area lightly and using betadine mouthwash at night to prevent any infection. I also time to time use smyle gel on it. It only hurt a bit the first day, and does not hurt anymore. It is just a bit irritated and slightly inflamed. Any other care instructions for the same or to speed up healing? Thank you.

Get a dental xray done for the same. Use topical gels with local anaesthesia for the relief. Avoid smoking and maintain good oral hygiene to prevent further infection.
