I hit my upper gum with my toothbrush
Yesterday morning while brushing my teeth, I hit my upper right gum with the top of my plastic toothbrush. Post which, the area turned out to be a small white cluster. Can someone help me understand how to get rid of it and if this is something of cancer or not! P.S - Thank you for taking your time out to reply to my question doctor. Attaching the picture of the exact spot here. In the picture, this white cluster is visible above the 2nd tooth from the left.

Hi, There is nothing to worry. It is a traumatic ulcer. Avoid hot and spicy food for the next 2 to 3 days. This will heal on its own.
