It seems to be tooth brush trauma leading to ulceration.nothing to worry it will heal slowly in the meanwhile u can apply oraguard ointment on the affected area 3 times daily before food intake inorder to reduce the pain while eating. After application of ointment the ulcerated area will become numb so that pain won't occur while eating.
