Hi Doctor, My one gum (last lower gum) is bleeding for last 8-9 months...intially there was only yellow colored something comes out when I suck there...but later after few months I found it as blood.

Small Lump inside Mouth
Hello doctor,
Developed a small lump in the base of mouth beneath the tongue past 3-4 weeks. Not painful at all. It vanished after 5-6 days and again reappeared. Any suggestion of cause and possible remedy? Attached picture pointing the snall lump. thanks in advance
