Only one Gum bleeds
Hi Doctor, My one gum (last lower gum) is bleeding for last 8-9 months...intially there was only yellow colored something comes out when I suck there...but later after few months I found it as blood. Photo also attached, please help what it could be .

It is a probable case of pericoronitis. Impacted lower molar(wisdom tooth) is coming out causing pain.

visit nearby dental clinic asap.get an xray done.

It looks like the wisdom tooth is trying to strip that is causing bleeding! And pain! Either visit a dentist and get it removed or do an online consultation and get painkillers for it! Removal is a better option!
