Hello there, I need you to check the tooth surface if it's rough. If yes then cavity is there else just stains can be there due to medicines like iron syrup. For both the cases just attach a picture or visit a pediatric dentist. The front tooth will fall when the child turns 6 to 8 and the molars will be replaced when the child is in the age range of 9 to 11. And we can't afford to lose those teeth or keep any kind of infection in a growing childs mouth. Milk tooth will help with the childs speech, helping the permanent tooth to come straight and also maintains the childs facial profile by avoiding crooked teeth. Start brushing twice a day. And avoid breast feeding or bottle feeding during night time. If you are then stick to bottle and start mixing more amount of water and less of milk, and slowly keep on increasing the water content and like that you can help the baby get rid of that habit.
