I have yellow colour coated in lower part of tooth and two upper tooth as well. I do brush daily. I had once filled some tooth cavities (silver) by dentist. I don't drink or smoke.
It is disappointing that I have this kind of tooth despite brushing. Please suggest me a treatment.

Dear sir, according to the photograph, it looks like normal tartar that formals on teeth regularly despite of brushing.
The plaque on the teeth hardened due to calcium ions from the saliva and gets deposited on teeth time to time. This has to be removed by a procedure known as scaling by a dentist
Next Steps
Do not worry and get disappointed, it is normal for tartar to form. Some people have a faster tartar formation, some have slower.
Health Tips
That is why dentists recommend scaling and polishing of teeth once a year .

Good morning sir
Yellowish discolourtion is the stains that are absorbed in your teeth for long time
They can't go with brushing for that you have to go for the procedure of scaling which will lighten the tooth colour

Nothing to worry about and nothing to take tensn. U just need to go for deep subgingival scaling and polishing( cleaning) and after that on daily basis start with warm saline rinses 5 6 times a day
You have tartar on your teeth. You need to get your scaling and polishing done ( cleaning of teeth). It is recommended that everyone should do scaling and polishing at least once a year to prevent tartar build up. Inspite of all the brushing tartar will form for everyone so need to be disappointed. Just get your scaling done
