I brush my teeth regularly in the morning, but didn't have the habit of brushing teeth at night since childhood. I am facing the problem of yellow teeth and decalcination. What to do?

Brushing twice daily and cleaning your teeth once in six months helps maintaining good oral hygiene. Visit dentist for cleaning and polishing of teeth to get rid of the plaque and tatar which is the source of infection.

Hello
There are many causes for yellow teeth. Like Poor oral hygiene (not brushing at night)
Plaque buildup
Staining from tea, coffee, or smoking
Enamel wear (shows yellow dentin underneath)
Excessive acidic foods/drinks
So if you avoid this it prevents it from the yellow colour and Brush twice daily (morning & night) with fluoride toothpaste.
Use fluoride mouthwash at night
Floss daily
Limit tea, coffee, and acidic foods
Visit dentist for cleaning and enamel protection

Health Tips
know the cause for yellow teeth as I mentioned earlier
The yellow discoloration on your teeth could be due to the presence of hard deposits, known as calculus or tartar, which cannot be removed by regular brushing alone.
I recommend visiting your dentist for a thorough cleaning to remove these deposits and help restore the natural appearance of your teeth. A professional cleaning will help improve the overall health and appearance of your teeth.
Yellow teeth could be due to calculus/ tartar.
Please get a scaling done by a dentist.
If you still feel the teeth are yellow, you can consider teeth whitening procedure.
Next Steps
1.Scaling
2. Teeth whitening/bleaching - if required
