You likely have bruxism (grinding/clenching teeth during sleep) along with sleep-related breathing issues that may be contributing to your snoring. Next Steps: Visit a dentist to get a custom night guard to protect your teeth from further wear and sharp edges. Consult an ENT specialist or a sleep specialist to evaluate the cause of your snoring — could be nasal blockage, enlarged tonsils, or sleep apnea. Ask your dentist about a mandibular advancement device — it can help both bruxism and mild snoring by keeping your airway open.
Next Steps
Helpful Tips / Caution: Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoking before bedtime — they can worsen grinding and snoring. Practice jaw relaxation exercises and avoid chewing gum to reduce muscle overuse. If you wake up tired or with headaches, consider a sleep study to rule out sleep apnea.

Hello sir! Habit of night-time teeth grinding is called Bruxism. It generally happens because of stress or anxiety and leads to wearing down of enamel, i.e., teeth become shorter, sharper, sensitive, and prone to cracks.
Next Steps
Get a custom-made dental guard(night guard) from dentist to protect teeth at night. Also get your bite check by the dentist as sometimes malocclusion worsens grinding.
Health Tips
Stress management: Meditation, stretching, or breathing exercises can reduce grinding intensity
