Yellow saliva in the morning
When I get up in the morning I always have yellow saliva it always smells bad and even if I brush my teeth at night the saliva still comes out. Is something wrong with my stomach? Because i usually have pain and acitidy in my stomachs

You must check your general health. GIT disturbance if any could also cause bad breath and other Mouth symptoms.
