Teeth whitening is known as bleaching . Go for full mouth scaling first then after 24 hours go for polishing after that then u can go for bleaching. if it's not severe case ,it's a single day procedure.

Depending on the situation of your teeth! Bleaching is recommended only if you have severe stains or fluorosis otherwise I wouldn’t recommend u to go for bleaching as it causes sensitivity to teeth also makes your teeth porous and can increase the chances of your teeth becoming yellower! Later or absorbing more stains

Office bleach takes just one sitting if you want to do it at home customized trays are used can be done overnight by placing the trays in mouth
