Teeth whitening is known as bleaching .
Go for full mouth scaling first then after 24 hours go for polishing after that
then u can go for bleaching. if it's not severe case ,it's a single day procedure.

Depending on the situation of your teeth! Bleaching is recommended only if you have severe stains or fluorosis otherwise I wouldn’t recommend u to go for bleaching as it causes sensitivity to teeth also makes your teeth porous and can increase the chances of your teeth becoming yellower! Later or absorbing more stains
