Is it safe to get scaling and polishing done at age of 60? Attaching my full dental x ray. Can scaling cause teeth to become lose?

I came across cavity in front tooths shoul I check out dentist immediately and get my self operated or wait for covid things to settle.

As I went it for a Dentist for my 6 months dental routine check up today . They check and told me to use colgate plax and listrence mouthwash for an alternative using I'm. Asking u which mouthwash is good for a healthy teeth and gum and which mouth wash is good for using a long term without any side effects . And mostly using 2 time in a day which mouthwash is good for not making your teeth dirty..

Respected Sir or mam plz let me know for mantaning a healthy gum and teeth plz tell me which mouthwash was is best for using long term.. Plz tell me best brand of mouthwash is safely used for long term used

Hello doctor, my teeth is yellowish right from childhood. Even though I don have smoking habit or alcohol consumption nor excessive intake of coffee, Unable to find out the exact root cause of yellowishness. Every once in 3 months, I go for bleaching withina month, the colour of my teeth will again come back to yellow with stains. This affects my confidence level very badly , as people tend to notice the teeth colour once I start talking to them.  Thats really embarrassing and I'm very much upset about it Now, the since the medical treatments has advanced , I heard that the tooth can be made white permanently by laser treatment. Can I take the treatment? How much would it cost ?Suggestions pls.

My lower back tooth is paining so much .and also gums are swollen near it...its colour has changed to greyish black...does it need to be extracted as I am really scared about the procedure
