Skull mallocollus
Will brace help in normal skull malcollusion to recorrect jaw line.? will there be any problems for future life by doing skull malcollusion surgery(if its really important)?. my lower jaw is forwed and mean four of teeth(pair) are not touching each other. can anyone please suggest?

When only dento alveolar changes are insufficient to get the desired result of facial profile , the orthodontist suggests orthographic surgery ( especially and mostly in grown up adults where skeletal growth is complete). It is an accepted treatment protocol
