Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have RCT 25 teeth and crowned. But small gap present between 25 nd 26 teeth. Which cause food lodgment. And 26 teeth break from side of 25. 24 teeth also done RCT.Gum between 25 and 26 feel pain, sensitive with cold, also sweeling. Sometimes blood come with brush. Bad smell come. What is reason, is RCT of 26 required or gum problem is there like gingivitis or pehorrea. Guide me and what medicine I can take. My x ray given

Courses for a 15 days it doesn't not harm it na after taking a limcee tablets and plz also tell me which mouthwash is good for using a long term used as I consult with my dental dentist doctor for a routine check up they check and tell me very good and it very hygiene and also told me  to use a mouthwash I already have a many brand of a mouth wash. Recently I buy a 1. FRESHCLOR mouthwash and also i have a 2. CHLOEX ads anti discoloration mouthwash OF A Dr reddy brand and also I have a 3.SESUQUEL Ads mouthwash and Also I have 4.ORAHEX PLUS. Plz tell. Me which mouthwash is good for using a long term and which does not contain any staining of a teeth and calcilus. Also plz tell me can I used one mouthwash in a alternate days just like 1 days i take a mouthwash in night after bruising and after 2 days gap I can take it again just like this ok to be used for a long term.

I noticed these black and red spots inside of cheeks today. Is this something serious or something to worry about?

I just under went through root canal treatment for first moral teeth of left lower side and doctor did the POC ( permanant filling of cement ) today  and she told me that try to eat chewable things like roti n all slowly from that side .. I tried it today but whenever I  chew from that side I feel pressure pain ( like something is tipping on it ) kind ...doctor told me that it will take 3 - 4 days to recover it , once its get settled we will proceed with mountation of ceramic cap over it .. i feel pain only while eating rest time I dont feel pain... I am not taking any medicin for it and doctor also suggested me to not take it . I guess doctor has digged my teeth upto 17 mm and put those things till 17mm . Please confirm is that the common acceptable pain and will last long till next 3-4 days I have taken Ibugesic and moxikind tablets during root canal

My filling have a gap or not ? Because my dentist say its have a gap and need a root canal treatment ?

Ulcer on the side wall of mouth and tongue, Teeth having black holes and weak. Suffering from cough and cold right now.

Hi Doc I have an ulcer since 4 weeks, it's confirmed traumatic ulcer by Dentist and ENT it's tiny and red. Dentist said the ulcer will go away with time and Rounded off the teeth. The ulcer is still painful. My question are traumatic ulcers painful and how many weeks it takes for the healing. My rounded of teeth is still pressing over the ulcer is it risky? Can traumatic ulcers turn into cancer?

I have an extra tooth in front..is extraction is the only option ? As I am really scared to sit on dental chair and dental injections 😭

I had my upper 2nd molar tooth extraction in the end of may in 2020. I want to have dental implant done but according to CBCT reports i don't have enough length to perform surgery. Is short dental implant can be done in my case? Does it have high successful rate? If there is chance of higher risk, won't dental bridges affect other surrounding teeth and damage them in future? I've started to feel depressed 😞

I am getting frequently cavities in my teeth.I already had extraction of three molar teeth previously.I do proper cleaning of my teeth l want to know is there is any vitamin deficiency or something like that.
