Tooth and Mouth Problems

Iam recently put ceramic conventional braces on my teeth,I had attached my tooth picture ,how long it takes to properly align my teeth ,pls answer

Hello Sir...I wanted to know about the pre requisites of having invasalign braces. What would be the duration of treatment and the maximum cost involved in these type of braces?

I had root canal on tooth #46 suspecting a tooth root fracture in sept'20. I didn't have any pain on that tooth before I go to dentist. I have constant burning and sore pain under ear in jaw and neck for 9 months now. went to dentist for that. I have lump like spots which hurts to touch under the ear in the jaw and neck. I have a hard small pea size lump in neck. I have mild swelling in lower jaw and side of the neck which is so tender. he tested #46 which hurts for tapping and Biting on one spot. Xrays normal. So he took CbcT scan and suspect a tooth root fracture on it and want me to extract.went to Endo. he said no fracture,rct needed. I did rct and perm crown. still same symptoms in lower jaw and neck. dentist want me to extract and saying that tooth is reason for my pain. went back to Endo. he tapped and gave bite sloth. both hurts. he is not sure why I have same pain even after root canal. he wanted me to go for extract or retreat RCT.I don't knw what should be next step.

Sir how to do my teeth whitening and keep healthy which paste and brush is good for teeth and also which mouthwash good in treat bad breath.

I am facing severe sensitivity in one side of my teeth. Even not sure which teeth is causing sensitivity in that side. Confirmed with near by dentist that there is no teeth decay but unable to locate exact teeth which is causing sensitivity but feeling sensitive while taking hot liquids/foods. Managing with vantej paste and other mouth wash. Will that be settled on its own or any additional acton to be taken ?

Me as a periodentist and a Dentist which mouthwash is good for using a long term without any side effects for maintaining a proper dental hygiene and plz tell me also in a daily used based mouthwash which does not make your teeth stained. Which will. Make your teeth and gum healthy

Hello, I have dental abscess in the upper jaw and the pus comes out regularly after 2-3 days, I am not able to visit any doctor due to covid. I am not feeling pain,but i have read on internet that this is a serious problem. Please guide me what to do. I am having this since 3 to 4 months. Thanks.
