It's a habit your tongue has got by the thought of something stone like hard substance might be there to cause the trouble .
But , after teeth cleaning it has been removed.
So whenever you feel that you are doing the same thing again & again then just sit down in front of the mirror & look yourself.
THINK THAT I have clean teeth from inside out .& do some tongue exercises instead .
Still if this don't work there you will have to wear an artificial habit breaking substance for the lifetime.
So solution is in your hand
Please just follow the trick.
Thanks!

Just keep yourself busy and avoid touching your teeth with tongue. The more you touch your teeth... There will be ulcers on tongue. It commonly happens after teeth cleaning.
Hello
Nothing to worry about as you said you have got your cleaning done it's just because of it... The deposit between your teeth has been cleaned that's why so feeling so whenever your tongue touches it
If you have gap in lower teeth it's important to access whether there is any pathologic migration due to bone loss .. you are also describing pain in upper and lower teeth.. that could also be trauma from bite ..in these situation u need to access the situation with a dentist who understands this . Or share your photo so can guide better.
Hi,
What has probably happened is that the scaling procedure has removed the plaque and tartar deposits between your teeth. So now you are feeling some gap which the tongue keeps on probing. I would suggest you ignore the issue and the tongue will settle down on its own.

Dear Patient
Scaling should be done evey year. Your teeth are healthier now because of treatment. Because these deposits where stuck to your gums and teeth for long time , you feel slight pain. You will feel comfortable in few days.
Dr Divya
consult a Periodontist they can solve ur gum problem, its quiet common that ur tongue feels like gap in between teeth after cleaning of teeth because deposits which were there previously were removed
