The pain usually go within 7 to 10 days... Continue with your medication as prescribed... Go for warm saline rinse 4 to 5 time a day it will help to relive the pain
It will take a week for complete resolution .I think instead of ketorol one can switch to diclo and serretio.continue for antibiotics further for next 2 days
If the tooth was extracted without much laceration of gum & minimum bony reduction it will take max 1-2 weeks for healing..
Next Steps
Do warm saline mouth bath 5-7 times a day for 2 wks holding d water gently.. dont suck d site with tongue or bite hard from that side for a week..
Health Tips
U can apply crushed ketorol tab or ointment on that site.. if excruciating pain starts or d site looks vacant with no blood clot visit concerned dentist to prevent chance of dry socket
