Hello. I suggest self ligating braces.which are teeth friendly. Invisible braces are available now less visibility. Lingual braces having sum disadvantages. You can opt depending on your requirements. Visit for best procedures.

Both are very different from each other and does the work very differently, i suggest if you're ok with little visibility of braces then go for ceramic and if you don't want to braces to be seen from outside go for lingual or Clear aligners.

Hi, Ceramic is the recent aesthetically appealing orthodontic procedure which are opted by many. While lingual braces on the other hand they are the metal brackets that are fixed behind the tooth surface Pros: ( Lingual braces) 1. Lingually placed brackets 2. No noticeable brackets Cons: 1. Certain difficulties in speech ( lisps)And Irritation to tongue ( both of which will be resolved after few weeks of treatment) 2.opted in certain cases only 3. Metal brackets are used
