Teeth problem
Hi, I have yellowish teeth Nand some black spots on gums and little whites on blackspots which are on gums. Also last teeth seems to be loose and I am afraid of loosing it. I have 9 fillings in my mouth and If I try to clean gums it bleeds some times. Can you help.me if it is any infection or so

Bleeding gums is a sign of gingivitis/ periodontitis. Spots on gums are normal melanin pigments provided you do not consume tobacco. Visit dentist for ultrasonic scaling every 6 months. Kindly go through the blog mentioned in the link below.

Yellow tooth implies deposits, you might need a professional cleaning. Black spots on gums , this might be normal pigmentation or might be due to smoking ( if you smoke). It should be noted only when there is irritation or pain or presence of ulcer. Single tooth mobility shows it is infected badly by caries and there is perapical abscess. It can be treated by RCT or extraction whichever needed depending on IOPA xray. Bleeding gums shows, gingivitis. Please use soft brush and follow the correct brushing technique. Brush twice daily and clean your tongue every day. Use salt water gargle or mouthwashes for 1 week following the professional cleaning.
