Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hii doc my front teeth little outside my age is 28 plz suggest me can I go with aligners or braces bcs I worried can aligners push my front tooth back or not plz suggest me m sharing my teeth pictures

Hi 2-3 weeks back I went for wisdom tooth extraction so after tooth extraction i got a fluid filled pimple on the gum and that disappeared after few days But today I got one on the other side just on the back of other wisdom tooth that is coming out and also having jaw pain Can someone please help me what is it

Sir today I noticed that very small red in my lateral tounge it is like the little papillae is red it is not painful is anything to worry

I am worried that are these some big Cavities would I have to get my teeth removed it's making me paranoid

I have this red pimple or don't know what it is a small one pain less on both sides of cheek ..i have attached pictures of one side which has been a concern for me..could you please check it and verify what it is ...i once used to smoke like 3yrs and i had stopped since 2018...am afraid is it any cancer symptom or not ..sorry to mention i have googled alot lately ..i have a became a paranoid over this..please help me ..i have visted dentist.. he said that my teeth are sharp that is reason for that redness .

Sir / madam is my tongue is normal or it is geographical tounge as there is little patch is it normal I don't know from when I have but before 3 days I accidentally noticed it

I have been observing this white small hard substance in buccal mucosa ..If I rub with tongue it's feel hard...It has no pain.. Two to three months ago it grew bit big in size and suddenly vanished...Again after few days it occurred in the same place... I don't take beetel nuts,pan, smokeless tobacco... I quitted 7years ago... Is it a reason for concern?? I am worried... Plz guide me
