wisdom tooth impactions are very common and if there is swelling in gums or pus in gums or difficulty in chweing then meet MDS Oral Surgeon for further action.

x ray done for the same and get your treatment done according to the x ray report.
The picture is not very clear. It can be a pericoronal flap on your wisdom tooth. Kindly visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for proper evaluation and management.
It looks like oporcupum(a small extension of soft tissue) above the impacted molar.
