Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have sensitivity on half side of my teeth. When i eat something cold or hot,i feel pain along with sensitivity. This pain reaches my head which results in severe headache. To day when i checked my teeth, i noticed a gap between two tooth in the upper jaw. Is the pain and sensitivity because of the gap. Please help.

Hello Doctor, i have an impacted wisdom tooth which isn't really fully out and is tilted with most of the part inside gums. My question is that whether that visible top part of the tooth can be filled with permanent filling so that food does not get accumulate or gets struck on it??

I had undergone root canal treatment of my lower right wisdom tooth 3 weeks ago due to caries. As I have history of erosive gastritis and cannot take NSAIDS for post operative pain, my dentist had advised the rct instead of extraction. The RCT went well and I was totally fine , although my dentist told me that crowning is not possible in wisdom tooth as height is very low, so only permanent filling will do the needful. Attached is the xrat of tooth after rct. Since two days I am having mild/nagging pain in that tooth, please advise what can i do now, i cannot go extraction since i cannot take nsaids. Or is it possible to manage the post extraction pain without nsaids(plain paracetamol has not helped during my tooth pain previously).

Hi doctor, when i am tapping on one teeth i am getting sensitivity like discomfort but there is no pain, there is calculus/tartar deposit on the tooth though. Does sensitivity mean, it requires RCT??? i got no pain but when i am tapping on it, there is sensitivity discomfort.

My 1st Root Canal Treatment was started on 14th February 2022 and ended after 3 sittings. My tooth was still paining even after taking a lot of antibiotics and painkiller. So on 21st April my dentist did a Re-RCT then also my pain is not going. Then on 30th April 2022 my dentist called me for his RCT sitting. After that sitting my toothache has worsen my entire mouth got swollen even the jawline of that particular side was paining and that pain is unbearable. Now what should I do..??
