Numbness post wisdom teeth removal
Hello Doctors, It has been a week but I still have numbness in lower lips and lower chin area along with all the 7 teeths in the lower left jaw. I was told my nerves got bruised maybe in time of procedure. 1. Will the sensation come back again in some time? 2. Also, is it normal to have all the 7 teeths numb too. Will it also get fine? I am advised Neurobrin tablet. Please help.

The numbness you are experiencing in your lips, chin and teeth is due to the nerve damage caused during your wisdom tooth removal procedure. Whether the sensation will come back or not. And how long will it take to come back depends upon the degree of nerve damage.

Depends on the type of nerve damage. Yes it should come over but takes quite a time.
