This looks like stain but clinical examination is necessary. Although the lateral incisor on the left side looks decayed. Kindly visit nearby dentist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Well this is not a cavity it's a dental stain and it won't be removed by brushing . You have to visit a dentist for professional cleaning procedure known as Scaling .
