She also has dizziness and takes telsar-20 everyday half tablet for High BP? She also suffers from body numbness, so is Anastasia okay to be given to her as part of the treatment? Please advice. Thank you.

1. Consult physician for medical checkup to find out the cause of tremors. 2. Measure latest BP (If high beyond a normal acceptable range, extraction is usually not advised) 3. Local Anaesthesia is required for extraction and rootcanal - Before proceeding proper and latest medical history needs to be provided, particularly of any drug allergy.

Your dentist will refer your mother to a medical practitioner for their opinion on her undergoing the dental procedures. You can then follow accordingly.
