Tooth and Mouth Problems

I HAVE HAD CLASS 2 MALOCCLUSION , AND AFTER WEARING T4B APPLIANCE SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH BRACES IT GOT CORRECTED TO AN EXTENT. I HAVE OPEN BITE THROUGHOUT THE TREATMENT ( AND STILL NOT CORRECTED ). I AM HAVING TMJ DISORDER , FOR WHICH I AM WEARING TMJ APPLIANCE FROM MYOFUNCTIONAL RESEARCH CO. MY ORTHODONTIST EXAMINED MY TMJ X-RAY , AND HAS DIAGNOSED THAT MY RIGHT TMJ HITS THE BONE WHILE IN CLOSING POSITION . CAN IT BE ENTIRELY CORRECTED BY THAT TMJ APPLIANCE ? MY SPEECH IS SEVERELY IMPACTED AND IT CREATES A LOT OF ANXIETY...

Cavity in lower teeth, which is spreading I feel...pain n swelling is thr...earlier two tooth were removed because of decay..pls suggest

Dis is my re ortho treatment. I also got my teeth flattened in childhood bcz of which my teeth are so. Now my treatment is complete and my dentist is going to remove my braces. But I am still doubtful about the alignment and my bite. As I still dont feel it perfect. But my dentist says this is best what she cud do.
