Infextion in mouth
There is a type of injury in mouth like chala..its paining and there is some white place in mouth what i need to do

Hello..White patch around your teeth is due to gum infection.This can be treated either by procedure called operculectomy to remove gum covering the tooth which is causing pain or removal of tooth.

This is not an ulcer..... this is actually a localised gum infection due to partially erupted wisdom tooth..... please visit your dentist who can take one x ray to determine the position of the tooth in the bone and advise you the treatment plan accordingly, whether it can be cleaned or needs removal.... Regards....

Seems to be partially erupted wisdom tooth. You will get relief after cleaning of this area by dentist and medicines. Its not an ulcer.
