Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been chewing tobacco for the last 7 years and recently I saw a white spot on the lower lip that isn't healing. It is painless and growing in size.

I was having both side angle fracture of mandible and fracture of anterolateral and posterolateral wall of maxillary sinus fracture and underwent open reduction and internal fixation under G.A after a bike Accident and it's been 6weeks and there is swelling in face and also no sensation in lower lips and skin below lips

My front tooth got extracted completely in a road accident. No damage to adjacent tooth. I went to a dentist after 15 days and got an x-ray. Doctor said the adjacent tooth are weakened and bones in the extracted teeth has not yet developed completely. so, he asked me to give 10 weeks time before doing an implant. He said implant cost around 35k? Another method of bridging will cost me around 4k per tooth (total 12k for 3tooth) My query: 1.Is it necessary to give 10weeks gap? 2.which method should I prefer? 3.what would be app. Cost of treatment?(I found 35k to be too much) Thanks for everyone who is going to answer my query(As there is no way to thank after posting this query)

MY TEETH IS NOT PROPER .I HAVE CROOKED TEETH.I HAVE UP TEETH .I CANNOT CLOSE MY MOUTH PROPERLY .I CANNOT SMILE PROPERLY

I feel I have developed bad breath recently. I regularly brush my teeth and have stared brushing before sleep also. However I don't brush my teeth at night daily. Could you please suggest something, why is this happening and how this could be rectified.
