Mouth ulcer
I am frequently facing issues with mouth ulcers and bleeding gums. What could be the reason? I never faced issues in motion and digestion is also good. I follow healthy diet and usually don't eat outside.

Bleeding gums are due to plaque and tartar deposits underneath your gums which cannot be removed manually as the deposits are very hard. You need a thorough ultrasonic cleaning to enhance your oral health.Ulcers can be due to stress as well or a sharp tooth.Only a proper diagnosis will lead to the reason behind.

Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months. For mouth ulcers you can take a pinch of baking soda with water and rinse or apply baking soda over ulcers. It will help in healing of ulcers.if it still persists go the dentist and get it checked.

Hello, you need to get a professional cleaning done.Use Dologel-CT over the ulcers,4-5 times a day for 2 weeks.Avoid spicy food and take a course of Multi vitamin tablets for 10 days. Regards Dr Sumanmakam
