Sir,I have white dots in the tongue inside it causes bad breath what can I do to cure it please tell me sir

Hello, bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Use a tongue cleaner if white spots over the tongue, no need to worry. If it doesn't help, visit a oral medicine specialist for proper clinical check up, they can be because some habits also.

Bad breath would not be due to the white spots.Visit a dentist and get your oral hygiene checked.You may require cleaning.
For white spots you need to consult an oral medicine specialist.
